Pros
Many training opportunities - get paid while traveling to training and meetings plus mileage. Great hours, good support from management when needing time off. Customer service is a blast as you get to meet different people and see different people every day. Bonuses available for giving great customer service and receiving a score of 100% for your service - $100 every three months! Most of the staff are friendly. There are some that are not the friendliest, but you get that anywhere.
Cons
Difficult to meet your monthly sales goals; especially if you are at a branch that is not in a high income area, is somewhat secluded, or is in the country.
