Pros
Some of the managers are wonderful. If you are lucky enough to get a good manager that actually cares about you then you will be in good hands. The work enviornment is kept clean and is not out-dated. Generally everyone who works there (atleast in the Cookeville center) is friendly and helpful. Bonuses are great!
Cons
Raises are no where near what is expected. Lack of involvement from management. Politics play a huge role in this center, managers will work to "find something" to fire an employee over if they want to (I have helped "find" something against an employee}
