Pros
401k match of 6% plus a "discretionary match" of 0-4% at the end of each year. Good health insurance and VERY cheap disability insurance. As far as from the client side, a good bank with good benefits and advanced online banking/ATMs. Competitive against big banks.
Cons
Poor compensation. Licensed program gives you a whopping 7.5% of "bank revenue". So if you sell a $100k annuity and the bank makes $3500 off of it, you get only 7.5% of that $3500... Focus is VERY scattered. One week it's sell credit cards or die, the next week it's about new accounts. Management doesn't follow through on their promises. "We are going to go out and do this and that to get more business." There is no we. Management plays on their phone on facebook all day and you catch all of the heat when numbers aren't met.
