Pros
Because it's federal, you receive great holidays, paid. The working hours are good if you wish to have a night life. Looks good on a resume to have worked at a financial institution.
Cons
I was originally hired under the guise of working to help clients and that it was not a sales job. It is more focused on meeting the goals set by cooperate and they offer incentive payouts for that. But after the Wells Fargo debacle, they had the audacity to raise the goals. If you do not reach your goals you will be: verbally warned, written up, probated, and next fired. Forced me to become a notary, which is legally voluntary.
