      Excellent pay and benefits, fantastic teammates. Strong brand in the region with solid market share. Resources of a large bank.

      Cons

      Organizational disarray. Constant turnover in upper management leads to perpetual reorganization. Goals and expectations change constantly, many times mid year. Tough to gauge what success looks like.
