Pros
Non-executive teammates are fantastic. Get to talk to people all day - relationships are built to get things done. Good work / life balance with two days off for service and finances. Very easy work but lack of work ethic - Is that a pro or a con? A few middle managers that care and have a sense of humor (but are going nowhere) that make it pleasant for me.
Cons
Most insular company I have ever seen - noone contributes; no one is rewarded- EXCEPT the top few. They promote themselves; then have set aside many days to talk about all the workers who won't be getting any money or promotions.. Awful work ethic - I've never seen contracted workers leave before 5 PM en masse! Making $250K a year!!! 4 :15 it's almost empty - 5:15 you will not see anyone there.
