No comment. You learn a lot about time management and soft skills.
Cons
Most of management has been promoted because they kissed A or are bestfriends with other members of management. They don't promote by performance. Raises are pathetic. My last year I had a four out of five on my review, and was offered 2% annual raise. They only care about short term goals. One month they will cut jobs, and the next they will hire. Upper management is very out of touch with realty and treats lower level employees poorly.
