Pros
Locally owned bank and excellent customer service in the entire foot print.
Cons
No respect for employees personal time with family, by requesting after hours call nights that aggravate clients. Employees not energized to do better and have become complacent due to rampant demotions. New staffing of branches have not taken into account vacations and potential illnesses of staff. Hi level of stress due to mid management not being responsive to issues that need immediate attention. Also pay your mangers with senior experience and high sales productivity a better base pay
