aside from decent benefits, there is no upside to working here. There is way too much politics and CYA going on. It is better to make no decision than to make a bad one...
Cons
An air of distrust, management decisions are short-sighted and are bandaids in order to get to the next issue/problem or obstacle. There are no documentable or adhered-to standards or processes. Not ISO 9000 comliant
