The only pros to working at SunTrust are getting to know my co-workers and customers. I have made many, many friends since working there.
Cons
Where do I begin? How about at the top! CEO Jim Wells gets an 8-million dollar raise and at the same time freezes pay for everyone else in the company! Do you know that when asked to come up with an idea for a charity donantion campaign, he had the gall to suggest a "slightly used business suit drive"!!! Unbelievable! Management at SunTrust treats the employees like dirt! Expected to work way more than 40 hours a week but won't pay over-time. Report over-time on your time card....you're fired! This is the lowest paying job I have ever had, yet the most stressful. The sales goals are truly impossible to meet! I work hard and am very good at my job, but being very good is NEVER enough! There is no way to please the management in this company. The day I leave SunTrust will be one of the happiest days of my life!
