I totally dislike with the company the limited opportunities to advance within the company. Often times outside or former employees would fill positions otherwise a current employee with the skills and the experience to perform well at the job will get overlooked. Another problem I saw was a high employee turnover. There are several inconsistencies in the company's policies and procedures.
