Pros
Generally speaking, everyone is friendly and nice to each other. The small teams work well together and there is some sharing of information. The pay and overall benefit packages are average. Work hours are average with a good work life balance. Most managers will acquiesce to letting someone take a personal day if needed.
Cons
Poor communication from Senior Level Management with 'ole boys' network still in play for Sr. Leadership roles. Promotions are often handed out as a matter of pedigree and age rather than performance and ability. Promotions are few and far between. Challenging status quo is difficult.
