Pros
Not as busy as other banks Good management in most departments Flexible No micromanaging when it comes to PTO and scheduling vacations You can grow if you really, really want to.
Cons
Pay is not competitive at all. Even reasonably high positions aren't paid much more than entry level. It's easy to get stuck. Many positions seem to be dead-ends. (Advice - not all departments though! Always keep your eyes open on other departments and ask around)
