Always hiring so nice chance of starting; paid training; some great positivity enforcing people to work with. The health insurance options tend to be top notch. Match up to 6% of 401k contribution.
Cons
The training is never enough to get you ready for the job and the branches get even less; the promote the "needs met framework" but really they care less about needs of Clients and more about doing as many account openings whether lending or deposit per call as possible and on 80+ call volume days that is unrealistic; there is a measurement called "clients helped" which is the percentage of inbound calls you receive verses the number of those calls you submit an application you are graded on which structurally enforces the previous statement. However the people with the highest consistent Clients Helped are not the consist top sellers and performers but we are all expected to be them; adherence to your schedule is an absolute with little wiggle room even if it is a medical or bathroom related issue; they say we are a "work family" but they will turn around and chew through your neck about being the slightest bit off on highest performance values even if you are well within the accepted range; they also do not care about the Client's financial situation so if a Client tells they have X credit score and you know they need Y at least to be considered, you are expected to still push that product onto the Client and any additional one you can fit into conversation as well to meet your Clients Helped and potential sales goal requirements even though you know this person will not get it approved. I have now cost that person 25 months of time for the inquiry to roll off their report and damaged their chances for awhile of getting solutions at other institutions they would have qualified for.
