Pros
Good benefits, 401k, pension. Some branches are very flexible with scheduling.
Cons
They are always changing the rules, to the continuous detriment of their employees. They do not train enough, yet hold you responsible and react swiftly for any little mistake, even ones that occurred because of their ever changing rules and cumbersome and redundant policies. They bait and switch, and only care about sales. They do not care about their employees, and there are no opportunities for growth. Do not give adequate raises, and micromanage. They treat their employees like kids. The pressure to make sales at all costs makes it stressful, as the top level manager will pressure the middle level mgr, he will pressure the low level manager, he will pressure the staff in the branch, etc.
