Pros
I had an average time with SunTrust. I feel that management wants to do the right thing but they are lacking enough competent people to get the job done. The facilities are nice. Work/life balance really depends on the group in which you end up.
Cons
Always reorganizing - lots of cost cutting and layoffs. Management just can't seem to stabilize. As a result, resources are scattered everywhere trying to do everything
