Pros
Co workers are nice. Pay is around industry standards and decent. Food is good in the cafeteria, a bit expensive but good choices to not have to leave the building. The upper management are fantastic. Wish they had a clue what was going on in middle and lower management.
Cons
Technology is antiquated as a previous post stated but they are implementing new programs now. Very disorganized and chaotic. It is a busy time but it is so inefficient and disorganized that I am actually embarrassed sometimes that I am working there. Our goal is to help people save their homes and more time seems to be spent with a CYA attitude within lower management. I have unfortunately come to adopt the motto "that I leave logic at the door and just accept that I have to work stupid" being that I will redo several projects time and time again as sitting down and starting off with a plan that will work to begin with is a foreign concept. Does make for lots of overtime though.
