Horrible management and work environment. The most unprofessional group of managers that I have seen in the 41 years that I have been in the industry. It is unbelievable that this is a bank, which is typically conservative. The Supervisors/Manager's of this branch seemed to think they were above the law with regards to what you can and cannot ask an employee, so either additional training is needed or a refresher course. The treatment of the employees of this branch was reflected in the high turn over in employees, when people just walk off the job I'd think HR or Supervisor's outside of the branch would take notice.
