      I believe that SunTrust cares about its employees. They offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a professional environment. There is opportunity to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Goals are pretty aggressive. I have had more than four Mortgage officers and none of them were able to help reach the branch mortgage goal.
