You will meet some of the hardest workers out there. If you are fortunate to find a professional team and development oriented manager, SunTrust can be a great place to work.
Cons
Most managers are self serving. Too many clicks and political minefields which impact relationships and success. Management struggles with minority groups and go seemingly unchecked for discriminatory actions. HR is management protection service and the employee is left to defend for themselves. Conform and do as they say and how they say or you will be pushed out, and in some cases flat out let go.
