You can learn a lot from the job as well as the customers. Meeting different people was exciting and daily

Poor management. Favoritism, stress, low pay. No wage review after one year. Loud work environment. Very unprofessional setting as well as space. Lack of consideration for requested time off. You work weekends all the time and be prepared to give up any social life, for your days off is anyones lucky guess.
