Pros
Lots of opportunities for advancement, great people and onsite clinic with free visits as long as you have the company healthcare.
Cons
Horrible benefits, the cost per pay period is ridiculous. Sick time has to be schedule 5 days in advance. Employee appreciation week doesnt seem to really show appreciation since we end up having to pay for the food and drinks, no holiday meals or company parties. Cheap!
