Pros

good company to work for & offers good benefit package and competative pay.

Cons

specialiy divisions have minimal support, managment and other team members are spread thin and while upper managment has good intentions, they are not able to support the needs of the buisness and it causes burnout very quickly . 1 person has to do the job of 4 perople.

Pros

Great company culture and a corporate office that isn't a drain

Cons

Benefits are outdated, look to be competing with other rental companies, but are headquartered in a finance capitol

Pros

Drive around a lot. Windshield time. Good benefits. 401k is best I’ve had.

Cons

Too many bosses. The company is crazy too heavy with bosses who do nothing. Safety culture is almost toxicly done. Too much paperwork, seriously it’s ridiculous. Lytx is an Ai that watches you drive and is super annoying. And then your boss is gonna talk to you about every little thing that happened while you were driving. It’s really not worth it to drive a company vehicle for them and then if you make any kind of deal when you start like I had I was supposed to get a review and a raise after 60 days but one of the higher-ups got fired and then a different hire up told me that my deal was with him when I thought all along my deal was with Sunbelt. It took me four months to find another job so I just put in a two week notice. I highly recommend not working for the temporary fence division, but if the way they do business says anything about the entire company I would stay away from Sunbelt entirely. it’s not good if you have kids because you work a lot of late days last night I got home at 8:30.
