Pros
Decent benefits, vacation and sick pay were well appreciated. Especially being able to bank sick days over years.
Cons
Occasional system errors meant LATE hours, as in 1:00 am, instead of my 5:30 shift. Management was condescending and overbearing. It always felt like I was walking on eggshells and afraid to make any kind of error, however small, for fear of being demoted or terminated. Also, I was presented with growth opportunities, just to have nothing followed through or given to someone else.
