Pros
Basically nothing whatsoever. Only thing I liked is I got a free drink voucher during trainings. Needed a few of those after working there.
Cons
Simply put, this was an abusive work environment. Terrible pay, no flexibility with hours (regardless of illness, FMLA, school, family, etc). I was cussed out by coworkers, racial slurs were used within the workplace and any time I tried to move these issues up the chain of management, branch management shut me down. Purposefully so, sometimes with a hand up "stop talking" type of interaction. There was a lot of favoritism as well, such as letting some employees switch a day, or move hours, but then never once letting other employees do the same. It was genuinely horrible, abusive, and I went home crying almost every day in the weeks/months leading up to me leaving. It wasn't until I quit and mentioned these problems to a more experienced person that I realized I could have done a lot more.
