The salary is too low in comparison to similar locations, and they will provide little to no training but will expect you to succeed and be perfect within days of being hired. Otherwise, you’re scrutinized for “not taking good enough notes” or that you weren’t paying attention, or just that you don’t care. They threaten performance plans if anything is done slightly different than how they want it done, even if the work is correct, and they will not hesitate to throw you under the bus the minute something goes wrong. They will fire you the minute you put your resignation in, even if it hurts the team.
