Business Outlook

Pros

Very heavy investments in R&D, maybe the only big tech company in Greece. There are multiple exciting ongoing projects. Young mid + senior management that has very strong technical backgrounds. Most of them come from abroad bringing a different mentality. A really international company.

Cons

A very young division in the company, so there is a lack of certain processes and procedures. I see many super negative comments here most of them are not real. I guess only unhappy employees like to leave comments here and it is normal. The truth is that there is strong pressure in some departments due to the company's rapid growth so some people cannot cope with it.
