Cons
- Lack of efficient processes and procedures without extensive bureaucracy. - Insufficient management, with no soft skills and no problem solving oriented. - Promising development and salaries that never provided. - Behavioral issue and politics from several employees that no one is willing to handle it. Unethical comments and discussions for other coworkers. - Noone knows its role; they work based on their interests and not based on their responsibilities. - Everyone knows the issues, but they are not willing to break the eggs. - If you want to survive you need to start working inefficient as the rest do. - Fear of ownership - More than 3-4 reorganization the last 2 years. - Not common policy to all employees of the same department. o No remote working for majority o Almost full remote working for the “experts” coming from abroad with salaries based on their main living country. - CEO isn’t interested for people motivation, promote “fear” and aggressive management. - Many resignations and disappointed employees. Few people stayed more than 1-2 years. A lot start looking for new roles even one their first month onboard.
