Overworked and under Appreciated - Scheduler Sunny Days Employee Review

Pros

The therapists I scheduled for were friendly and appreciative as well as the girls that worked in the insurance department.

Cons

The amount of work given by upper management vs the expected amount of hours and effort does not balance out. Management also expects all kids to be scheduled even though there is a national shortage for SLPs, which they are aware of. Therapists acknowledged the work you did but never appreciated or acknowledged by upper management .

Pros

- Set my own schedule - Great pay - Great management (no micro managing) - Can decide how far I'm willing to drive for home health - Able to do telehealth as needed - Great clientele - early intervention, families are great to work with

Cons

- No pay for cancels or no shows - Low caseload since 2025 (fewer referrals)
