Pros

pay, residents are amazing but not staff especially management or lack there of.

Cons

management, no communication, coworkers are low class 2 faced. I regret ever working there but I miss the residents

Pay is decent, the people you work with can be a lot of fun, they offer a lot of fun activities for employees

Cons

Bad management, does not care about well being, will over work you but then get upset about overtime.
