Friendly staff and outgoing people. If you enjoy working for a good cause that helps children and adults with developmental disabilities than this is the place for you.

Cons

Part time hire is very common here. Depending on what type of position you take you may not have much of schedule. Pay is also very low.

Pay is decent, the people you work with can be a lot of fun, they offer a lot of fun activities for employees

Bad management, does not care about well being, will over work you but then get upset about overtime.
