      Poor overall management & direction Old software hardware and network equipment Too many departments outsourcing to contractors (locally and internationally) Rarely anyone hired permanently Lacks company culture & value 9/80 work schedule revoked

      Pros

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
