      the company exposes you to several other counterparties and can be a springboard to something better

      Cons

      credit department is a nightmare. Credit managed knows a lot but lacks financial statement knowledge and is a super micromanager

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
