Pros
On line trainings, independence with floating in and out of the office, in control of your own schedule, become familiar with some great resources.
Cons
There are a select few taken care of. Despite their responses to other reviews they can and do pay certain people far more than they are worth and typically hire and promote family members of other running the company and disregard any other workers. Anyone that is not related to the CEO or have special connections will not be taken care of and be threatened to be fired if they do not meet to overly exhaustive demands of the job. Management does not keep track of employees and most employees come hours late for work and leave hours early, as well as constant workplace personal use of computers. Many workers are on Facebook for a majority of the day. Upper management has meetings to discuss certain workers and concerns and they ask that ask to keep things secret. HR is a nightmare from start to finish and have reported to several supervisors that they have done some illegal things and could face many many many lawsuits. In talking with other coworkers they have also felt HR is one of the biggest nightmares of Sunrise. There should be a clear separation of policies for mental health providers and home services providers and HR should have those separations.
