Pros
Age range of people mostly 20's-30s, enjoyed my colleagues very much. Standing desks in a new office, right off 16th street so easy to get to. I guess a good first job to put on your professional resume if you can handle the poor pay and poor management.
Cons
Management was so poor, every single one of my colleagues was unhappy with the out-of-hand favoritism and office politics, management was very young and the power went to their heads. A core value is being human centered, such a lie with both customers and employees. They didn't care how many customers they pissed off, lied to and let down. They didn't care that 20 people quit within one month because the pay was bad, management was a joke. If you are looking for a solar career as I was, don't go to Sunrun. They don't care about keeping the good employees and you will have to deal with upset customers that are stuck in a 25 year contract with a company that cares about money-not creating a more sustainable environment. I've never left a review about a job, but want to warn young people that this is not what it comes off as. I tried to hard to ignore the negatives, but it was too much to handle, as it was for so many other colleagues that quit before I did. Very disappointing because it could be a fun, young, green company to work for. The people in power in the Denver Project manangement should not have their jobs. It ruined everything.
