Pros
At this point, the unlimited time off they give leadership is the only perk.
Cons
They've gone downhill fast. They're on VP number four in less than 1 year. Despite being a woman led company claiming to empower women in the workplace, especially in leadership, they're firing their women leaders and replacing them with men. Mormon men who want to shove their religion down your throat. Religion is fine but when it's shoved down people's throat, it's gross and unwelcoming. They tout themselves as being a top LGBTQIA+ inclusive company but are actively showing they actually don't care. They don't care about women or the LGBTQIA+ community, they probably don't care about any other community they claim to support. They fired every stateside employee in Care to replace them with people offshore. They then gaslight the employees who work with the offshore people saying their job is easy and they don't deserve to be paid market value for it. Despite the unlimited time off they give leaders, they discourage it being used. They pay 10s of thousands of dollars less than market value in various positions and tell employees they should be thankful for what you have. They know they don't pay enough to be sued for discrimination and unfair wages. Several employees have gotten legal consultation but can't afford the retainers.
