Lack of help from manager(s). Lack of professionalism at times. Lack of communication. Not enough workload. Not really clear what the responsibilities of the job were. End up helping other people as I had not enough of my own responsibilities. Have received some training but it wasn't enought. Due to lack of mt manager's approachability, I didn't ask for help when I struggled. Felt that I wasn't really liked by my manager and some people from the team.
