I have been sure of this place not having pros for a long time. You can either believe me or experience the chaos yourself!

Cons

The employee turnover was pretty high. The evil management's awful strategies and plans were responsible for it. They has some pretty horrible ideas and didn't care what employees thought about them. It made the work ambiance toxic, hostile, and intolerable and led to chaos. BEWARE! AVOID!

Good Equipment and workspace. Up to snuff with materials and technology. Great prepress, printing, finishing and shipping staff/operations.

Cons

Really bad ownership-board/upper management. Skeleton crews, long hours, terrible HR communication/care and a convoluted cumbersome production management system if you can even call it that. Getting simple jobs out the door is akin to launching a daily rocket to the moon. They will grind you to a pulp and then steal from you. There are some great people there, but those at the top are simply looking for way to maximize profit and retire with some sort of gold/silver parachute. If you are skilled and experienced and have other similar options, take them instead of this soul crusher.
