The only pro to this job is that you have work one Saturday out of the month. And your Saturday is wrapped up by 12pm.
Cons
Management is unprofessional. The training is discombobulating. Nothing is prepared. There is more then one person training which makes the information hard to retain. The pay is below standard. The lay for employees is not the same. We are all doing the exact same job so why is one’s pay higher/lower then the next.
