This company does not care about you unless you're making money. You're just a paycheck to them, if you're not in their "Top 10" they will micromanage the ever-living heck out of you. Constantly changing protocol and rules, will do anything in their power to keep you from a bonus check including changing rules to make it harder to make that bonus check. The management doesn't care and we discovered that one of the teams had a secret chat to talk crap about the new employees and tried to cover it up and placate the employees who saw it on accident. They will mass fire people during slow season. Said that this is a customer service job and not sales but they lied it is a straight up sales job, the commission structure is a joke, if you don't reach percentages your check can go from 1000$ to 200$ like it is nothing. The employees who work in the store are NOT held to the same standard as those in the call center and when this is addressed our team leads basically say oh well. They will absolutely play favorites with certain people and the human resources woman will call you into the office to complain about anything and everything you do wrong while she's sitting in her office watching TikTok videos all day. She does NOT care about you or your growth. There is no room for growth or promotions, and the training was a joke. They don't want to answer your questions either especially when you're new and send you to this document called "one note" to find the answers yourself. The training manager there who should be compassionate and care about her employees will say ONE NOTE if you ask her something and it is insane how much they're willing to do all of this and then fire people if we speak out or tell them something they are doing isn't right. Ignore all the 5 star reviews and run. Unless you're great at sales or can kiss up to management good enough for them to like you, you are nothing to them and never will be. You are disposable. Good luck to anyone whos sucker enough to take this job.
