None poor manager makes working here a nightmare

Cons

Poor manager in San Antonio, high turnover rates within 6 months of employment, HR doesn’t help concerns of employees, unreasonable expectations, poor communication with employees, productivity standards are unrealistic

Good Management, work life balance is good and good amount of paid holidays

Cons

currently going through a restructuring and depending on your field it can be harder to move up within the company.

Work from home, decent pay

Cons

Stupid Matrix system, rate your calls for silence, 2min 59 second of hold time, so you have to keep asking members to hold, rate your documentation, micro management, Using the term, (Bad Behavior) Can't use bathroom on normal Aux, Take training courses while taking calls, while talking to member unexpected calls from management , etc, list goes on
