      Pay, benefits, great coworkers, get to travel

      Cons

      CONSTANTLY changing processes, will work 12 hours a day if you don't put your foot down, are not concerned with employee safety--you enter homes of criminals with no knowledge or way to protect yourself (not all clients are dangerous)

      Good Management, work life balance is good and good amount of paid holidays

      Cons

      currently going through a restructuring and depending on your field it can be harder to move up within the company.

      Stupid Matrix system, rate your calls for silence, 2min 59 second of hold time, so you have to keep asking members to hold, rate your documentation, micro management, Using the term, (Bad Behavior) Can't use bathroom on normal Aux, Take training courses while taking calls, while talking to member unexpected calls from management , etc, list goes on
