Pros

Good pay, tons of opportunity for overtime due to short staffing

Cons

Management does not heed advice from the “cogs”. The systems in place are outdated. The company makes so much money, yet the technology is extremely outdated. They laid off their employees to increase technology. They outsourced and did a huge disservice to their members.

currently going through a restructuring and depending on your field it can be harder to move up within the company.

Work from home, decent pay

Cons

Stupid Matrix system, rate your calls for silence, 2min 59 second of hold time, so you have to keep asking members to hold, rate your documentation, micro management, Using the term, (Bad Behavior) Can't use bathroom on normal Aux, Take training courses while taking calls, while talking to member unexpected calls from management , etc, list goes on
