Pros
Pay was decent, work from home. I had the ability to genuinely make a difference in some clients lives until Superior decided this was not actually their priority or mission.
Cons
Unreasonable expectations, quantity over quality, devalued as a clinical professional. It was so bad, I've never been so unhappy in my 35+ years work experience. Solid clinical work is not recognized. Management/ company does not care if you take the NEEDED time to assist their members who are desperately needing help to function, and these folks are so grateful for the help. Doesn't matter. If you don't make the certain number of calls, take too long on phone calls to help hallucinating or suicidal clients, or onboard the required and arbitrary number of clients for case management (even without the minimum requisite of referrals) you are made to feel worthless. Micromanaging was insane, it's like they don't trust their employees and you are made to constantly prove yourself with monitored phone calls, auditing from multiple sources, explaining your daily activities in humiliating minutia and stat sheets that have nothing to do with the skills which they hired you for.
