Cons
•Leadership skills and experience vary from department to department. •Most positions require some college education. •High turnover rate noted in certain departments, per employees this is due to poor leadership and large workload as well as limited training opportunities. •Annual bonus rules recently changed. Now the bonus is available to certain pay grades which leaves a significant number of employees without this opportunity. This has caused some animosity among peers working within certain departments.
