Pros
The working staff is nice, fellow employees are very friendly. and mostly leave you alone when working.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment but when it slows down, you must generate your own work or else. Help from upper management is non-existent. If you ask for help, consider that your two week notice. Management will literally tell you they don't know how to do your job or help you with it but they will tell you if you're job well or not. I thought that was very odd. Advancement can be sketchy, if you start out-performing the chosen ones or their favorites, you will get cut immediately. I saw another employee literally get fired for being better at generating revenue than the upper management. Management is very cocky, arrogant and loves to brag about their accomplishments. Personality is of a dictator and about as compassionate as a cactus. Best advice is to stay in your lane and don't ask questions if you want to stick around.
