Pros

You can learn stuff by yourself reading scattered documents.

Cons

The Environment Knowledge sharing is non-existent here. Many employees are either too overwhelmed or simply unwilling to help, creating a "mean" and siloed atmosphere. Leadership & Management The CEO’s management style is aggressive and demoralizing. It is common to be belittled with comments like, "You are too slow," "Were you even listening?" or "Why wasn't this delivered on time?" Curses from the executive office can often be heard across the entire floor. There is a culture of fear; no one speaks out, and everyone is expected to follow orders without question or risk being "in trouble." Work-Life Balance Expect constant after-hours meetings and chats without additional compensation. If you aren't reachable 24/7, there will be consequences. AI & Job Security The CEO is currently obsessed with replacing "expensive" employees with AI. He views it as a magic solution for everything, which shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the work being done. Compensation & Hiring They are currently lowballing roles—for instance, a Data Analyst position is listed at $60k–$80k with a 4-day on-site requirement. This is clearly an attempt to maximize profits at the expense of fair market wages. Final Advice If you are reading these reviews to decide on an offer, pay close attention to the engagement. Notice that the negative reviews have high "like" counts while the positive ones have zero; that tells you everything you need to know. Don't sacrifice your mental or physical health for a salary this low.
