Great office support staff who are responsive and polite. They provide mandatory uniforms and the tools needed to do the job. Professional first level Managers who are forced to juggle customers and DAS”s with tack and professionalism.
Cons
President and upper Management is out of touch with the work force demands. Management makes commitments that cannot be performed by the DAS dropping full responsibility on the lower level employee. Management. Work assignment activities are redundant to their the Customers and suppliers efforts with little or no access to anything but faulty data. Daily miles driven are excessive with minimal compensation. The pay compensation is far less then what is expected for the hours and driving that is demanded. The company was sold to an offshore company is will undoubtably go through more negative changes. If I could to do it again I would have passed.
