No company processes or procedures in place regarding everyday duties that are required to report on. Management does not support employees vs. customer when quality issues arise. Constant changing of reporting in general by management weekly. Emails start at 2am and don't quit until late into the evenings. Stark contrast between actual supplier quality duties in job description vs. actual work needed to perform. Any talent you want to bring to the table will be most likely overlooked. High Stress hostile work environment most days.
