Pros
The work environment was great for the most part.
Cons
The managers are so out of touch with what the smaller roles are doing. They have no concept of how much work they load on to them when they aren’t even being paid enough to do the bare minimum. I was laughed at by a manger when I was voicing my concerns with how stressed I was with everything they were piling on. How they didn’t realize there wasn’t enough time in a day to do all the tasks they wanted while they were constantly micro managing is beyond me. How they are able to even do their daily tasks with all the micro managing of the smaller roles is also a mystery. The benefits are also terrible besides the 401k match being decent.
